Predicted Man United Starting 11 To Help them Bounce Back To winning ways

Manchester United vs Brighton

The Red Devils will be looking to go back to winning ways in the Premier League when they host Brighton & Hove Albion on Tuesday night at Old Trafford.

Manchester United, who remain fifth in the standings, one point below the top four, will enter the game off the back of a 1-1 draw with Southampton on Saturday, while Brighton won 2-0 over struggling Watford on the same day.

Man United’s woes continued on Saturday, as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Southampton. The Red Devils took the lead in the first half via Jadon Sancho, but Che Adams equalised for the Saints in the early parts of the second period.

It was the Red Devils’ second league encounter in a straight in which they led before surrendering early in the second half, and it was another 1-1 draw for Ralf Rangnick’s side, who are fifth in the standings, one point behind fourth-placed West Ham, who drew with Leicester City on Sunday.

The Gunners is just a point behind Manchester United with two games remaining, so the 20-time English champions need to start winning if they are to finish in the top four, even though West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur both dropped points over the weekend.

Red Devils have only lost one league match toe the German coach took over as interim manager, but they have only won two of their past six in the Premier League, and Cristiano Cristiano has not scored for the club since a 3-1 win over Burnley in December.

United are approaching a crucial phase of the season, with a league match against fierce rivals Leeds United coming up next weekend, followed by a trip to Atletico Madrid for the first leg of their last-16 Champions League tie on February 23, and a Manchester derby at the start of March.

Cavani will be assessed late due to a groyne injury, while Greenwood and Bailly are certain to miss out, so the team will be identical to the one that faced Southampton.

Due to his troubles in recent weeks, Victor Lindelof has put a lot of pressure on Harry Maguire, but the England international might keep his place; nevertheless, there could be a change at left-back, with Alex Telles replacing Luke Shaw.

Jeremy Sarmiento and Enock Mwepu are out due to injury for Brighton, but the visitors are generally in good form coming into Tuesday’s match.
