The Ghana task force officers who are spearheading and seeing to it that the operation clean your frontage goes on well are meeting recalcitrant traders who according to them are failing to comply.
From interviews with some traders and citizens of these places, they are not being stubborn as alleged by the task force officers.
According to them, these officers are abusing the little power given them by government and are taking so much advantage of this.
They are not only being handles roughly and cheated or molested but are being beaten and dragged out of their places like non-humans.
From the videos we have seen online concerning the operation clean your frontage, we can make a passive conclusion that some of these task force officials are indeed over using their powers or abusing it.
A recent video which surfaced yesterday featured one of these officers being brutal and impatient with traders after they had pleaded with him to calm down.
The abuse of power in the hands of the fortunate is what people of the Tip-Tor lane lamented about a few minute ago.
Excavators were ready to demolish things because they claim certain containers and shops were not in the appropriate locations.
They also made several other allegations which traders think is never in the constitution and should not be permitted.
The heated argument and banter between the two parties proceeded with a massive attack at Task force officers and their machines by the young men to leave the premises.
Police officers immediately assembled to calm the situation but the traders and citizens claim they will never allow this.
The matter is going on and on and the clash seems active as police find it hard to convince these angry citizens to allow their shops and efforts to go waste within a twinkle of an eye.
