Black Stars of Ghana currently has no head coach. The team is said to play their world cup play off against Nigeria in few weeks time. It is quite surprising that both Ghana and Nigeria have no head coach currently but there are plans by each team to get a coach as soon as possible.
There have been some favorite names so far for the replacement of Coach Milovan Rajevac, the former coach of Ghana. Sellas Tetteh’s name became popular some time ago but now it seems to be a battle between Otoo Addo and Chris Hughton.
Joy News, one of Ghana’s most admired media houses has asked Ghanaians to select their preferred coach between Otoo Addo and Chris Hughton.
Below are some reactions
From the reactions above, most comments suggest that Coach Chris Hughton is appointed as the coach for the Black Stars. They believe that Chris Addo has been an assistant manager all his life and has little experience in the real coaching work.
Others are also of the view that Chris Addo is a Ghanaian and it is time for a Ghanaian to lead the team again for greatness.
