Veteran actor Israel Matseke-Zulu, who played Don Buthelezi on Gomora, has gone public since he allegedly had his right leg amputated following his struggle with gangrene.
A picture of him with only one leg left a lot of his fans heartbroken.
The actor had previously opened up about having been diagnosed with gangrene that left him semi-crippled. Israel told the media that he preferred not to speak about his health and said there would be a time when he would open up to his concerned fans.
It was also said that he left Gomora because of his illness. The actor asked to be written off the show to deal with a medical issue, he said in a statement.
People left heartfelt messages wishing him all the best. Regardless of him only having one leg, his fans know for sure that they will be seeing him on their TV screens.
