To the family of Rashid Mohamed alias Chotara, life has never been the same again after their son was listed as one of the most dangerous terrorists the country has ever seen.
According to the family, Chotara was a school genius who excelled in his KCSE exams where he attained a mean grade of A. He refused to join local universities forcing his father to finance his education in Turkey where he went to study electrical engineering.
It is believed that he was recruited to the Islamic State terror group while still in Turkey. According to Intel by ATPU, Chotara has been involved in several high-profile attacks in Africa. He has killed people in Kenya, Mozambique, Uganda, and Congo over the years.
He became an internet sensation when he was captured beheading a man who he termed a traitor live on Camera. After years on the run, Chotara was finally arrested by villagers in Congo where he was reportedly hiding.
He was interrogated and revealed that he was indeed working with the Daesh terrorist group who have been causing locals sleepless nights in Congo. He confirmed that they use Congo as a transport ground for new recruits from Kenya. According to Chotara, the terrorist cell in the country are responsible to recruit new members who are registered as truck drivers in Congo before they are brought in.
He will be flown to Kenya to face terrorism charges.
