I Am Ready To Face You: Samson Lardy Sends A Message To Party Footsoldiers Who Defend Corruption

The host of Joy News’ Newsfile morning show, Samson Lardy Anyenini, has lamented on Ghana’s failure once again in the fight against corruption which was reflected in Ghana’s score on anti-corruption. He boldly revealed that the majority of the corruption takes place in the ministries, departments, and agencies. He charged Ghanaians to look for these individuals and make them face the music.

“Politicians are engaged in the grand corruption. We must fight the party people and footsoldiers who come up to defend naked theft. And when people are put on trial, they come and shout that it is a political witch hunt.”, he added.

This take from Samson Lardy Anyenini is an indirect message to members and communicators of the National Democratic Congress especially. This is because a number of their top members are being prosecuted for corruption. And they resort to accusing the government of witch-hunting their members.
