According to a video sighted by MartinezTV on the social media has spotted a young man who was tied to a coconut tree to receive number of canes from residents after he was caught for allegedly stealing. From the video spotted saw the young man with both the hands and the legs tied over the coconut with no shirt and another young man lashing him at the back. Though the alleged stealing have not yet been confirmed but looking at the scene it is believe to be so. Well there is evidence to back up either.
The said video has gotten a lot of people on the social media talking because many people can not keep quiet while watching the video. Many believes what the young was seen doing to the alleged thief is not something we should allow happening in our society because they believe the best way to handle thief is to send him or her to the police station.
Other people also believe what the young man did to the thief would deter other people from doing same. Well that could be their idea but the place where the incident happened has not been reported yet. Stay glue to my channel for any further information concerning this issue.

We need to take note of certain things happening in our society because there are some of the incidents that happens to some people by an accident. Maybe the person may not know anything about the issue at stake but would collect punishment and later it becomes something else.
