Atwima Kwanwoma: Two Energetic Young Men Arrested For Stealing Okro And Other Items [Video]

Two thieves have been apprehended in Trede, a place which is located in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. One of the thieves who is called Kwasi Amoah, is a 38 years old man. He committed this crime with his friend Kwame Nkansah, a 35 years old man.

According to Asumadu Darkwah, a reporter for Kessben FM, Kwame Nkansah stormed a farm of one known Farmer in Trede and stole a bag of Okro from the farm. This made the farmer report the theft to the Trede Divisional Police which got Kwasi Amoah arrested.

He was arraigned before court and was given a 3 months sentence with hard labour. His friend Kwasi Amoah, aside being his accomplice in this crime is a known thief who has been going into people’s homes to steal mobile phones.

Kwasi Amoah was also arraigned before Atwima Twedee circuit court and was also given a 4 months sentence with hard labour.

The police in Atwima Kwanwoma have vowed to make Trede and its environs a better place.
