In all football competitions, training is the ultimate most priority because football is a physically intense sport that requires footballers to be at their peak for 90 minutes.
For players to achieve that, they must do a proper warm up for each and every muscle of their body. As we all know, warming up helps reduce the risk of injury and most importantly it gives players the right mindset before going into a game.
However, The Blacks Stars were in preparation on Wednesday ahead of their Africa Cup of Nations Group C second game against the Panthers of Gabon on Friday. The pasted game we saw Milovan Rajevac named a very strong line-up but also picked Joojo Wollacot, Alexander Djiku, Joseph Paintsil, Baba Iddrisu and Kamaldeen Sulemana all started their first AFCON game, Alongside Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew and Thomas Partey. Possible Rajevac will make some changes
