A mother of one has narrated her life struggles and how she stayed faithful for 23 years, still counting. Her husband stopped touching her and even gave her permission to have a boyfriend or remarry if she wanted, but she chose to honour her marriage vows and stay faithful.
Immediately after she gave birth, her husband stopped touching her and was no longer attracted to her as a woman. He even gave her permission to go out with other men, but she maintains that’s the only man she ever loved and has come to accept her painful place in society as a mother of one.
Despite not being intimate for 23 years, Peninah Kyalo has kept herself pure and is proud of it. Her husband told her he’s no longer attracted to her and has resorted to using ladies out there to satisfy himself. She said her husband sleeps with different women, sometimes comes home with his numerous girlfriends, but has refused to touch her for the past 23 years.
She said she and her husband are on good terms; they sleep in the same bed, but he doesn’t touch her. When she got tired of the long wait and confronted him, he disclosed to the mother of one that, as much as she was a beautiful woman, he no longer felt romantic urges towards her.Â
She said she has no friend to confide in or to talk to about her sorrow, so she has to continue living with her husband since they have a child together.
