Manchester United went up against Aston Villa in what turned out to be a very intriguing match. Both sides faced in the ongoing FA cup and either sides hoped for a win. It was the 3rd round of the FA Cup.
Manchester United where going in against Aston Villa without Ronaldo this time around. In their last match, Ronaldo was made captain and yet he couldn’t give them a deserved win which made them to still be 7th on the Premier league table.
As the match started, the energy was high from Man United. 8 minutes into the match, McTominay scored a stunner to give them a graceful lead. It was in fact the winning goal of the game. It happened without Ronaldo on the pitch.
Manchester United were able to walk away with the win. Fans realized that Greenwood is a selfish player. His gameplay was bad and they accepted he is more selfish than Ronaldo.
Man United fans also descended on Ronaldo. After a win today, some suggested he should be benched for the next match to see how better Manchester United will be.
They forgot all the good Ronaldo has done in the Champions League for them. Another person even said that Ronaldo holds them back.
