The game of football is an interesting one especially the AFCON cup. Ghana went up against Morocco in what happened to be an intriguing match. Both sides were ready to fire but it ended up as a disappointment to all Ghanaians and Black Stars fans.
The game started as a really one-sided game as Morocco got hold of the ball on several occasions. Morocco had more possession throughout the game. Black Stars were struggling to hang in there. With the likes of Jordan Ayew, Dede Ayew and co there was still no action Ghana could pull off.
The winning goal came from Morocco at the 83rd minute. Broufal was able to give Morocco the lead leaving Ghana with little time to respond. The Black Stars looked all disorganized after that all. Ghana left the pitch with no points while Morocco stole the win.
Ghanaians were counting on Thomas Partey to do wonders on the pitch. They really thought high of him but today he shattered all their hopes after assisting Morocco to score the goal. Some people even mockingly said “He wants to cry”. It was an heartbreaking loss. Some even said that Thomas Partey might end up going back to Arsenal soon if Black Stars don’t sit up.
