    Mr Kwama Gyan, The Deputy Director for Consumer and Cooperate Affairs speaking to Akuoko Kwarteng, the Kessben Tv Amansan Ntie show Host this morning has said that Ghanaians like to always wait till the last minute and even if they extend the time for re- registration to two years, it still won’t be enough.
     According to him, the six months period is enough to help all Ghanaians to re-register
their SIM cards. But because people prefer to do their things in last minutes, thats why pressure seems to be mounting at the various centers.
    However he stated that in their latest meeting, they have agreed start institutional registration from Next week which will help control the pressure. They will deploy some of the members to go from one institution to the other.
   When asked about their plans for those in villages and small towns, he said they have thought about them and have decided to put up centers in the various villages so that everyone will get the chance to re-registrater his or her sim card.
