MTN Ghana re-opens Service Centres

Accra, Jan. 06, GNA – MTN Ghana has re-opened its Service Centres across the country, a statement from the telecommunication company, has said.

The Ashaiman, Accra Mall, East Legon (Accra) and Nhyieso (Kumasi) offices, however, remain closed until further notice.
Mrs Jemima Kotei Walsh, the Chief Customer Relations Officer of MTN, expressed appreciation to customers for heeding the call to use the digital channels during the closure of the Centres.
She said MTN would continue to ensure strict adherence to the health and safety protocols of COVID-19 at the Centres and called for support from customers.
The Chief Customer Relations Officer, said MTN would, however, continue to serve customers on its enhanced digital channels via Twitter:

Mrs Kotei Walsh, said “in addition to these channels, field teams made up of retail vendors and MoMo agents across the country will
be operating and will provide additional support.”
She said to avoid congestion at the MTN Service Centres, customers were advised to visit any of the registration points – MTN Connect Stores, Distributor Branches, Light Retail Stores (Volume Management)
or MTN Agents’ touchpoints for Sim Registration.
“Customers are encouraged to be vigilant and not entertain any calls purporting to be from any of MTN’s offices to provide any assistance,” she added.
