Kufuor And NSMQ 2021 Champions, Prempeh College Storm Jubilee House To Meet Akufo-Addo

Last year’s National Science and Maths quiz was one of the keenly contested competitions of the series. It saw the Ashanti Region host the competition and go ahead to also win it. Perhaps, the defending champions from 2020, PRESEC, Legon sought to make a point and defend their title but this wasn’t the case as they succumb at the end.

Prempeh College came from behind to clinch the title from the Presbyterian Boys. After the competition, the authorities from PRESEC, Legon tried to point hands at the organizers for being biased but this was rubbished by the latter. Today, Thursday, January 6, 2022, the champions, Prempeh Collage were in the Jubilee House to meet President Akufo-Addo. They were accompanied by former President John Kufuor, quiz mistress Effah Kaufmann and Education Minister, Yaw Adutwum.

The President congratulated the school for winning the title and also gave plaudits to the 3 gallant Prempeh College Boys who won the competition. He challeneged them to do more and promised to support them more.
