Deputy President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto seemed to be growing frustrated daily by the vote rich Mt Kenya Region decision to shift gears towards his presidential competitor, the Orange Democratic Movement party leader Hon Raila Amolo Odinga. DP William Ruto was enjoying the overwhelming support from the vote rich Mt Kenya Region until when Hon Raila Amolo Odinga started scaling the vote rich Mt Kenya Region. To make the matters worse for DP William Ruto, Hon Raila was endorsed by the Mt Kenya Foundation Tycoons and businesspeople.
The agitated and bitter DP William Ruto turned his guns on the Mt Kenya Foundation Tycoons. According to him, he said that they are very useless and he cautioned Kenyans to stand up against arrogance and chest thumping by the elite group.
“DP said Kenyans must stand up against arrogance and chest thumping by the elite group.” Tweeted by the Star Kenya
