The love story between Medikal and Sister Derby and the break up that followed left many Ghanaians in shock as people thought plans were already underway for a big wedding between the two. Their celebrity status made the breakup more dramatic as it was all over social media.

Wanlov Kubolor, sister to Sister Derby, in an interview with ace broadcaster, Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom Plus Fm has shed more light on how the breakup and everything surrounding it happened.
There were rumours that Medikal once saved Fella Makafui’s number as Carpenter on his phone where Sister Derby used in a song after their breakup to jab him.
Kubolor explained that Fella stole Medikal from Sister Derby by using some maneuvering skills of hers and Sister Derby once caught them together at Medikal’s house.

Kubolor said “When my sister was in a relationship with Medikal, Fella maneuvered her way into their relationship and slept with Medikal. I realized this from my calculations and that was how their relationship ended,”
“One time in their relationship, Sister Derby went over to visit Medikal and met Fella Makafui driving out of his house”
