His excellency the president of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo has appreciated the efforts of the CEO of Alibaba Group of Companies and Jack Ma foundation, Jack Ma and all stakeholders helping to combat covid-19 in Ghana.
Speaking at his 6th state of the nation address about the health measures put in place to curb the virus, the president praised the effort of the Chinese billionaire, Jack Ma for his medical supplies including ventilators, test kits, PPE kits and other supplies. He thanked all stakeholders for helping to create awareness for the ruthless virus.
The president further advised Ghanaians to follow safety protocols and observe the lockdown and the social distance order to help preserve life.
