JJC Skillz, Husband to popular nollywood actress, Funke Akindele has responded to critics calling for the head of his wife that they are safe and sound.

Funke and her husband were heavily criticised for disregarding lockdown order and organizing a birthday party at their resudence, Amen Estate which saw lots of people in attendance including singer, Naira Marley and Eniola Badmus, bossom friend of Funke.

Sensing danger and backlash from the media unto his family especially his wife who is a coronavirus ambassador for NCDC, JJC has taken to social media to explain that the party was just a surprise party and they are safe and sound. He explained there is no cause for alarm since all the attendees are neighbours pointing to houses belonging to Naira Marley and Comedian Akpororo. Eniola Badmus checked into an apartment in the neighbourhood after arriving from UK, he said.
