Famous American actor Westley Snipes has announced his coming to the country in a viral video.
The launching of “year of return” initiative by the government and the tourism ministry attracted several tourists to the country in 2019. The reintroduction of Beyond the return is bringing onboard Diasporans to visit and invest in the country this year and superstar Westley Snipes will soon be in Ghana.
In a viral video with Gabby Okyere Darko, a leading member of the ruling party, NPP, Westley stated “I’m on my way to Accra”.
Westley Snipes is a popular actor who can be remembered by his Famous movie “Blade” which he starred as Daywalker. Other movies like Demolition, Passenger 57 and a whole lot made waves almost every corner of the world.
“You know that my teacher Dr. John Hendrick Clarke, the great grandmaster sat many a days under many conditions the great grandmaster Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana and they told me as a grandson of them….alwaysbkeep mother Africa in heart, a United Africa. So to honouring my elders, I am on my way to Accra” he stated.
Westley Snipes had the opportunity to meet with the president at Davis Switzerland during the 50th anniversary celebration of the world economic forum annual meeting.
