Moments ago, we reported that popular Ghanaian blogger Kobby Kyei was given a hot slap by a crew member of Shatta Wale which got his spectacles to get broken.
Sensational Ghanaian blogger and entertainment pundit Kobby Kyei has reacted for the first time after reports circulated in the media that he was assaulted by a crew member of Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale.
Few hours ago, Ghgossip.com reported the news of how Kobby Kyei an arts and entertainment promoter who is also the official blogger for rapper Sarkodie, got slapped by Awuku, the photographer for Shatta Wale.
According to a source, Arnold Mensah Elavanyo who shared the incident on social media, Kobby Kyei suffered a eye problem as a result of the slap which even damaged his eye glasses in the process.
Arnold Mensah Elavanyo, the CEO of VibesIn5 took to Facebook to write;
“I just got off the phone with him and according to him, Awuku Photos gave him a very heavy and dirty slap which left his specs broken yesterday at Kinaata’s show.
He tells me he was going backstage to get his power bank when he met Awuku. Greeted him and the next thing he gets is his “untimely” slap.
At the time, Shatta was on stage performing. Kobby had no option than to leave the event grounds immediately to his hotel room to sob.
Why should this happen? He is deeply hurt in his left eye. Guys this act by Awuku was highly uncalled for if it is true and exactly how Kobby Kyei narrates it. One love. #Vibesin5,”
A lot of people are finding it hard to believe that this actually happened but Kobby Kyei has just confirmed via his Twitter handle that he was given the hot slap by Awuku.
In a Tweet, Kobby wrote:
