Sarkodie has bemoaned the attitude of some Ghanaian bloggers which is hampering the progress of Ghanaian artists to some extent. The multiple award-winning rapper wants bloggers to stop putting up freshly-produced songs from artists on their various blogs for free downloads
The “Can’t Let You Go” hitmaker suggested that instead of uploading the songs directly, bloggers should rather publish links to paid platforms where similar works of the artists can be accessed so the artiste and blogger can all benefit.
Sarkodie said with this alternative, bloggers won’t lose anything at all, stressing that those who indulge in this unhealthy practice do so because they want traffic on their sites.
He also asked music lovers to stop downloading songs from free websites, adding that that musicians have to earn a living from their music, therefore they should patronize their songs on paid websites.
He concluded by telling owners of blogs in Ghana to allow artistes to monetize their work so they can eat from their sweat.
I know sometimes these free sites help push records but can you guys please allow artists make some 💰💰💰??? At least give them a week God!!! Just push links of paid platform links from you sites.. you don’t lose sh!t

And to the fans, if you love your artists I’m pretty sure it won’t hurt to pay some coins to listen to their work … You get to be entertained and the creator gets to feed his or her family
