A Maame Water worshipper has incensed Christians after she set a Bible on fire and had the effrontery to record it and post it online. Her ‘brave’ demeanour-considering the purely conservative nature of Africans wrapped in religion zealousness, has really surprised everyone indeed.
Whilst burning the Bible, this lady claims there’s no power associated with God and asked so-called Christians to wake up and reconcile with the African culture, of which Maame Water (marine spirit) plays a very central role.
She says if God is really powerful, he should strike her down as she burns his Bible.
There’s no power in the name of God, there’s no power in the name of Jesus.
I know the truth, your God can’t bring his anger on me.
I’m burning your God, he should do what he wants to do…
