Director general of the President Muhammadu Buhari campaign organization, Festus Keyemo(SAN) has taken a huge swipe at Peter Obi, Peoples Democratic Party’s vice presidential candidate for the 2019, elections.
This, was in reaction to points made by the former Anambra state governor, during the VP debate that held last Friday.
The PDP VP candidate during the debate kept hammering on what great countries like China did, to turn the fortune of their countries around.
In his reaction, Keyemo said it was a dangerous campaign line to take, as the countries, Obi keeps referencing didn’t do any of those great stuffs in just 3 years. He added that, while countries like China were doing what they could to become great, at that same time, the PDP was destroying the future of Nigeria.
He wrote via his Twitter handle:
The most damaging campaign in which Peter Obi is engaged is always citing what China & other great countries did all these years to become great whereas these countries didn’t do all these in the last 3 years. They did these during the same period his party destroyed our future.
