The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) has said that a racially charged email, allegedly written by a senior CCMA commissioner, is fake.
The email was posted on a Twitter account, claiming that a senior commissioner at the Benoni branch of the CCMA had sent a racist email that referred to employees at an arbitration as “corrupt monkeys”.
