A certain young man (unidentified) has reportedly ran mad after taking in a very strong combination.
Reports have it that the young man took cannabis, tramadol and “monkey tail” on Monday in Area B, Owerri, Imo State.
The video showed the young man pulling his clothes and acting weirdly.
