Joe Voyticky, CEO, Max International
The CEO of Max International, Joe Voyticky has announced his intentions to expand the operations of the company in Ghana in the supply of health products.
Max International, is an industry leader in the production of wellness and weight loss supplements and products, the company officially launched its operations in 2014 and has partnered close to forty thousand Ghanaians across the country with plans to employ an additional thirty thousand by 2020.
The company has the aim to empower people round the world to experience better health, success and significance.
According to Mr. Voyticky after more than thirty years of scientific research, the company had the responsibility of making its products available to improve the quality of lives of people in all parts of the world, including Africa and also provide an opportunity for the youth to make money by marketing their products.
Some of the company’s products include Max One, Max N Fuze, Cellgivity, MaxGXL among others, which have the potency of improving mental clarity and focus by removing harmful toxics in the body and also strengthening the immune system.
Speaking to the media upon his arrival in Ghana at the Kotoka International Airport, Mr. Voyticky said the company will by the end of the year 2018 expand its operations in the country.
“We as a company and a team are looking forward to creating more jobs and expanding our operations here in Ghana”.
He added, “I honestly love working here in Ghana because everybody is looking for the next opportunity and everybody is very hard working and I think all great businesses must operate in Ghana and bring more competition to the industries”
Mr. Voyticky also said that he would continue to treat his workers right and pay them well to urge other companies do same so that other companies in the same space would do the same.
“I love competition and I encourage it, in fact, I want other companies to be able to say if we don’t step up to the level of Max and treat our workers well everybody will want to work for Max International only.”
The Chief Executive Officer also spoke about the Max training programme which he described as an innovative system designed along with top field leaders to distil the best business building practices into simple steps.
