CLUB Lager, Ghana’s number one selling beer and Official Beer of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia TM, has presented GHC20, 000.00 to Mr. Desmond Dosoberi, the first winner of CLUB’s on-going ‘Charlie Won Shi Jama’ campaign.
Desmond, a nurse from Nandom in the Upper West Region, was initially identified as the lucky winner in a draw overseen by the Ghana Gaming Commission during the Official launch of the campaign on Friday, June 1st 2018.
Receiving the prize from Mr. Philip Redman, Accra Brewery Limited’s (ABL) Country Director, Mr. Dasoberi expressed gratitude to CLUB Lager for delivering on their promise.
‘Charlie’ Won Shi Jama! Campaign
Mr. Redman mentioned that the Campaign was launched to celebrate and reward consumers of CLUB Lager and football enthusiasts during this 2018 FIFA World Cup.
He further stated that ‘in addition to the weekly GHC20,000.00 cash prize, there is also the opportunity to win instant prizes such as free bottles of special edition 625ml CLUB lager and airtime, over the course of the campaign which ends on August 12, 2018’.
Ms. Ewurafua Addo-Atuah, ABL’s Marketing Head, expressed excitement over the selection of the 1st winner and urged consumers to continue texting the 6-digit alphanumeric code under the special edition crowns to the short code, 1931, for a chance to win.
“Consumers can also redeem free beer instantly when the crown reveals a beer image and airtime, they can share with a friend with further details on CLUB’s Facebook page @clubbeer.charlie”, Ms Addo-Atuah said.
