Highlife musician, Kwabena Kwabena
Kontihene on several media interviews has been making claims he is he discovered and brought Kwabena to the lime light.
But the highlife star who was clearly not happy about claims speaking for the first time on 3 Music said he is still in shock why the musician goes about peddling falsehood about him.
Kwabena Kwabena also said Kontihene never invested in him or any of his projects. “He collaborated with me on two songs which are Asor and Trodo.
The album has nine tracks and there was seven that I recorded myself. Two, the song, Aso, had an investor from the United States by name Isaac,” he said.
Kwabena further said Kontihene heard about him and what he is capable of doing and rather drove to his house to plead with him to sing on his song, ‘Esi’ which became a hit. He added that he was never discovered by Kontihene as he goes about telling the whole world.
Kontihene first featured Kwabena Kwabena on his single, ‘Esi’ which is considered as one of his best records. The highlife artiste, on the other hand, featured the rapper on ‘Asor’ which arguably shot the former to fame.
