BAIC automobiles pledges to prioritise customers

BAIC automobiles have pledged to make customer satisfactory their main agenda in Ghana.

Mr. Ye, the Service Manager for BAIC automobiles in Ghana said as “the most influential automotive group of China, BAIC has experienced the developing course of 59 years. And BAIC attached great importance to the Ghana market, keeping the principle of our service concept—— “the best service in the town”, in order to develop overseas business. We hope that more customers can feel the cares from BAIC, and get to know our brand.

BAIC, together with partner APSONIC AUTO recently organized a service campaign with free safety inspection and maintenance, in return for BAIC customers.

The Service Manager added that BAIC hopes to become the best service in Ghana within the next five years

“We hope in the next five years, BAIC will become “the best service in Ghana”. Thus, we always pay great attention to customer experience and customer satisfaction which are the goal of our service work.

“Therefore, we design a customer satisfaction survey of convenience, service environment, equipment, reception, maintenance, spare parts to figure out which one should be improved, so that more customers would be satisfied with the BAIC service.”

BAIC has also promised to organize some different campaigns according to the market situation in the future, to provide customers more benefits and privileges.

It has also promised to improve the quality of after-sales service, to provide more professional, more thoughtful, more convenient and more detailed service to Ghana customers.
