Baffour Sumankwahene Asabre Kogyawoasu, Asantehen’s Chief Priest
The Asantehen’s Chief Priest, Baffour Sumankwahene Asabre Kogyawoasu has vowed to storm the campus of Kumasi Academy Senior High School (KUMACA), following mysterious deaths recorded at the school in recent times.
Four students of KUMACA have died from suspected case of meningitis after three died under similar circumstances in April this year.
Some parents who have their wards in the school yesterday stormed the premises to evacuate their wards from possible danger following the mysterious deaths.
Baffour Sumankwahene Asabre Kogyawoasu in an interview with Austin Woode on Abusua Nkommo at Manhyia Palace said he will storm the school to find out the actual cause of the strange deaths.
“Ghanaians always take serious things for granted. Students of KUMACA are dying and people are describing it as natural death. I am told there is a river in the school so I will go there very soon to find out what is happening in the school” he said
