English Premier League side Arsenal have rewarded English-born Ghanaian starlet, Eddie Nketiah with a new long-term deal. The 18-year-old prodigy has made four first-team appearances for the Gunners and has been tipped to make great exploits for Arsenal in the near future.
The forward made his Arsenal debut in a brief cameo in the Europa League against BATE Borisov in September and has since featured three more times for the first team.
The striker made a big impact when he came on late to score twice in a 2-1 Carabao Cup win over Norwich City after extra time, earning praise from numerous Arsenal fans.
Arsenal confirmed on Wednesday that, Nketiah who has featured for England’s Under-19 together with fellow teammates Matt Macey and Ben Sheaf have all been awarded new contracts despite not revealing the length of their respective contracts.
