Award-winning dance hall artiste, Livingstone Etse Satekla popularly known in the world of showbiz as Stonebwoy has joined in on the controversy involving Shatta Wale and Wizkid over the ‘superstar’ tag.

Speaking as the celebrity radio talk show host on Koforidua-based Bryt FM, the “People Dey” hit maker while responding to a question asked by fan indicated that both Shatta Wale and Wizkid could not match up to his talent and stardom.

The “Come From Far” song maker revealed that he was in no way going to place Shatta Wale or Wizkid above himself because according to him, he was bigger, better and more of a superstar than the two artistes.

Stonebwoy has opened up on the controversy involving the two artistes days after a social media war broke out between the fans of Shatta Wale and the fans of Wizkid over comments made by the former.

Speaking in an earlier interview on Accra-based Kasapa FM, Shatta Wale, known in real life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah revealed that in his own opinion, he did not regard Nigeria’s Wizkid, born Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun as a superstar like many people would.

Shatta Wale’s comments did not go down well with ardent fans of Wizkid who took to social media to register their displeasure at the “Taking Over” song maker’s comments.

The ensuing impasse led to a social media war between Ghanaians and Nigerians which went viral and eventually caught the attention of some local and foreign musicians. Shatta Wale has since made a number of videos on social media in relation to the ‘conflict’. The “Ayoo” song creator has also threatened to ‘worry’ Nigerian artistes who come to Ghana. He was also seen on camera firing live rounds from a pistol as he recorded himself with a phone.
