Head Coach of Medeama Evans Adottey has expressed satisfaction at his side’s output in their goalless home draw against league leaders Aduana Stars at the weekend.
The fiery end to end encounter saw a solid defensive display from both sides, with Medeama coming close to stealing all three points but for a stunning double save from Aduana goalkeeper Joseph Addo in the dying minutes to deny them.
The point sent Medeama into the top four of the league and Evans Adottey says he is pleased with their display on the day.
“Physically I would say the work rate of my boys was good. Honestly speaking I highly appreciate the way they played today, talking about strength speed and endurance,” he said.
“The cohesion between the backline, the midfield and the attack was also very good.”
Medeama take on Wa All Stars in their next league assignment.
