Ghana’s number one entertainment television channel, Joy Prime made this year’s Valentine’s Day an unforgettable one for lovers when they hosted a memorable dinner night at the Alisa Hotel, North Ridge, in Accra.
On Valentine’s Day, February 14, the channel gave lover a unique opportunity to celebrate real love through an impressive catalogue of entertainment and merrymaking activities at an event dubbed, Joy Prime Valentine Night.
As has been the norm for some years now, the event brought together singles and lovebirds under one roof to celebrate love while enjoying the best of comedy and music from some of the biggest artistes.
This year, bubbly singer Becca, born Rebecca Akosua Acheampomaa Acheampong, who is one of Ghana’s best female singers, songwriters and performers gave an enthralling performance.
The singer treated patrons to some her well-known hits including her love song ‘Hwe’ which is currently enjoying massive airplay in the country.
Apart from Becca, the Joy Prime Valentine Night also featured hilarious comedy from DKB, a fashion show, love renewals, dance competition, Chef’s Special Buffet and giveaways.
This year’s event was hosted by Drive Time on Joy FM, Lexis Bill with appearances from Joy Prime and Hitz FM presenters.
