Osei Asibey elected KMA boss

Former deputy Ashanti regional minister Osei Asibbey has received an overwhelming endorsement from members of the Kumasi Metropolitan assembly to serve as mayor of Kumasi.

He garnered 132 out of the 133 votes in the KMA elections held on Friday to decide his fate, after he was nominated for the position by President Akufo-Addo.

There was one rejected vote.
