1. Know The Proper Amount Of Food You Need;
Getting a flat stomach is not about starving yourself and living in the gym.
It is combination of healthy eating and doing the proper exercise. Eating less than 1200 calories per day may cause hormone imbalance and reduce the production of fat burning hormone – Leptin.
2. Fight the Fat;
All those push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups etc for abs toning will not be effective if you do not rest to the rest of your body, through proper exercise combination. So add a some cardio for overall fat burning.
Having too much stress can cause hormone imbalance and the over secretion of stress hormone called Cortisol in your body, which can increase the amount of fat in your body especially your tummy. Take a moment each day and de-stress, relax or take a short nap.

It has a healthy amount of fiber that fights the bloat and balances the fat contained in your body. It aids in fast digestion. Include some berries to your oatmeal for extra antidoxidants.
5. Drink to Detox;
Its not just the food you eat that burns fat, what you drink also. What you drink can as well help burn fat in your body and tummy.
So drinking just water, say 3.5litres daily can detoxify your body and regulate fat.
Or doing a fruit blast smoothie, or detox water with lime and cucumber also burns fat.
