National Investment Bank (NIB) has recently donated an amount of GH¢50,000.00 to the Police Service.

The donation, geared towards the rehabilitation of a 12-unit accommodation block at the Ghana Police Command and Staff Colleg at Winneba, was made during the graduation ceremony of the Police Command and Staff College.

Presenting the cheque, Charles Wordey, Head of Corporate Affairs of NIB, emphasized that the bank is always keen to assist the Police Service because of the importance it attaches to security of the citizenry.

The donation was received by the IGP Mohammed Ahmed Alhassan on behalf of the Ghana Police Command and Staff College.

The IGP promised that the money would be put to good use and thanked the bank for its kind gesture.

He further urged the bank to support the Ghana Police Service at all times.
