Prominent traditional rulers in the country will tomorrow meet in Katsina to design a new framework for sustainable dialogue among different communities for peaceful co-existence, National Orientation Agency (NOA) has said.
The meeting by NOA will attract royal fathers from Katsina, Bauchi, Osun, Bayelsa and Imo states.
Director General of NOA, Mike Omeri, said in a statement that the event would be hosted by the Emir of Katsina, Abdulmumini Kabir Usman.
“We want to support com-munities and a network of orga-nizations, religious leaders, women and youth leaders to participate in dialogue, to reinforce the civic role of religion, culture and politics in promoting peace and respect for pluralism in the community,” he said.
