Consumers will take the government to court to oppose the analogue TV switch off set to take place at the end of this month. Stephen Mutoro from COFEK says the move is unfair to consumers who are unable to afford the set top boxes. He says CCK gave a very short notice and they will go to court this week to stop the move.
