When you’re part of the biggest boyband in the world, you’re going to attract some crazy fans.
But it was too much for Liam Payne on Saturday afternoon when he and One Direction were mobbed by young girls at Heathrow airport.
Through the raucous that came with trying to navigate their way through the female frenzy, Liam received a Chinese burn, after which he went on a Twitter rampage to share his frustration.

Rough landing: One Direction are mobbed a female fans as they arrive at Heathrow airport back from New York
‘I don’t know why people are blaming
us for this it’s so sad 🙁 when everyone’s rushing and make it unsafe we
get thrown back in our cars,’ the boybander began.
According to photographers, the band’s security team struggled to cope with the collective power of the 1Directioners who filled every possible space in the covered car park.
The sheer impact and volatile nature
of the crowd really set his emotions off, as Liam continued to describe
the experience: ‘That was actually horrible I literally wanted to cry
and all those people shouting s*** at us and we even tried to stop so
s***.’
Protection: Screaming girls proved a lot to handle for Liam Payne who received a Chinese Burn from one crazed fan
ouch: Liam tweeted a photo of his injury with a sarcastic comment that suggested his arm may need to be amputated
But as his anger alleviated so did
the tone of his messages with the following tweet praising the ‘girls
with the sign [were a] very nice welcome 🙂 thank you.’
Liam then urged his fans to ‘all
be calm next time.’ before tweeting an image of a scratch he had
received during the scuffle: ‘Lol I just looked at my arm that’s what
happens when somebody pulls at your skin too hard #crazyday.’
And after highlighting the slight mark
he went on to tweet some more light-hearted comments that suggested
amputation may be the only logical option for the flesh wound, ‘my scratch is that bad I think I might just have to cut my arm off.’
‘The awkward moment when a girl gives you a Chinese burn in the airport,’ was Liam’s final sign off.

But Liam wasn’t the only band member to show his frustration at the crazy fans.
Zayn Malik took his anger out on a nearby car, punching it after security successfully directed him through the screaming pack.
Heading to Manchester for the first X
Factor live show, One Direction will be joining Kelly Clarkson, Kylie
Minogue, Conor Maynard and Xtra Factor presenter Olly Murs.

Dapper: Conor Maynard looked smarter than street as he arrived in Manchester for The X Factor live shows
Kylie had performed on the Italian
version of the talent competition on Friday night, whilst Olly had just
returned from performing alongside One Direction and Cher Lloyd at the
Jingle Ball in New York.
Kelly, however, looked ready for a fight as she held on to a pair of swords on arrival to Manchester.
No doubt Liam would have appreciated these weapons to combatthe crazy One DIrection fans earlier in the day.
