Arrows move to Princess Magogo

Muhsin Ertugral prepares Arrows

The Nedbank Cup clash between Golden Arrows and North West Shining Stars, which was scheduled to be played at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday has been moved to the Princess Magogo Stadium.

This move comes after Arrows’ league clash against Black Leopards had to be abandoned this past Saturday for security reasons as a result of unrest that emanated nearby the stadium.

The club released a statement through their official website which reads: “Please be informed that our Nedbank Cup game against North West Shining Stars scheduled for Saturday, 3 March 2012, at 18h00, at King Zwelithini Stadium, will now take place at Princess Magogo Stadium, on the same date, commencing at the same time.”

Meanwhile, the Durban side also confirmed the new date for their match against Leopards which was stopped a few minutes into the game with the score at 0-0.

“Please be informed the fixture that was scheduled to take place on Saturday 25 February 2012 against Black Leopards, will now take place on Wednesday 7 March 2012 at Princess Magogo stadium at 18:00,” the statement said.
