SALEM INVESTMENT Limited, a private estate developer, is offering opportunity for Ghanaians to own houses of their own at affordable houses.
William Adjei Koduah, Managing Director of the company, disclosing this in an interview with this paper recently, observed that the company’s objective for providing quality housing estates was to enable Ghanaians to acquire wonderful homes at incomparable prices in pristine and beautifully landscaped surroundings.
Salem Investment Limited has developed 200 private residences set in a beautiful surrounding at East Legon Extension, Adjirigano – one of the finest residential areas in Accra.
“Salem is currently developing over 800 residential housing estates in a spacious gated community at Malejor, 10 minutes drive from the Adenta barrier before Valley View University on the Accra Dodowa Road. These carefully designed housing units comprise 2, 3 and 4 detached and semi-detached single and double storey buildings.
“Provision has also been made for recreational facilities, shops, police station and nursery/crèche centres for customers’ comfort and safety.”
In the communities where Salem Investments is undertaking the affordable housing projects are service utilities such as electricity, water and tarred access roads.

The company began operations as an importer/retailer of building materials. In 1999, Salem took the decision to venture into commercial real estate development.
