Loic Remy’s agent says Marseille star would find it hard to turn down move to Tottenham

Goal :    Loic Remy’s agent has admitted the Marseille star would find a move to Tottenham hard to turn down but does not expect his client to leave the French club this month.

Spurs manager Harry Redknapp has made Remy one of his top targets for the January transfer window as he looks to bolster his side’s challenge for the Premier League title.

Remy is seen as the right player to complement Emmanuel Adebayor and Jermain Defoe in attack, while he is considered a replacement for wantaway Roman Pavyluchenko.

Remy’s agent, Frederic Guerra, says the 25-year-old is interested in a move to White Hart Lane but believes Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is likely to be left frustrated this month.

“Tottenham is a good club performing at a high level. It is natural to be interested, how do you say no?” Guerra told Goal.com. “Spurs have a good eye but I think they will have only a small chance in January.

“Loic is happy in Marseille and he is concentrating on this season. After Euro 2012 the whole of Europe will want to sign him.”
