Norwich are said to be lining up a move to bring Kyle Naughton to Carrow Road from Tottenham, according to Sky Sports.
Spurs are thought to be willing to allow Naughton to leave White Hart Lane on a loan deal as Harry Redknapp believes he is well stocked in defence and the youngster will benefit from regular top-flight football.
The 22-year-old spent last year at Leicester City on loan and impressed during his time at the Foxes, earning a place in the PFA Championship Team of the Year.
Sven-Goran Eriksson’s side are also said to be keen to bring the youngster into their squad as they look to win promotion to the Premier League, while Aston Villa and fellow Premier League new boys QPR are also thought to be interested.
The Canaries are keen to add to their squad as they look to build for their first season in the top flight since 2005, and boss Paul Lambert sees the full-back as an ideal player to slot into his defence.
Norwich have already added Anthony Pilkington, Steve Morison, James Vaughan, Elliott Bennett, Richie De Laet and Bradley Johnson to their team ahead of the new campaign.
