Parliament will resume its sittings tomorrow after a months break with the Chairman of the Committee on the Implementation of the Constitution Abdikadir Mohamed calling a meeting to deliberate on the progress made so far in the implementation process. Meanwhile Justice Minister Mutula Kilonzo says the meeting bringing together key stakeholders will come up with proposals on how parliament will handle the 11 key bills expected to be passed before August 27th.
