The Parliamentary Committee on high cost of living will present its final report to parliament next month. Committee chairman Ababu Namwamba says the report will also be presented to the public at a meeting to be attended by President Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga. Namwamba says they have already established that cartels in government are to blame for the rising cost of basic commodities.
