65 pupils and their two teachers escaped death narrowly this morning when their bus collided with a cargo train at Gilgil. Three people were injured after the school bus hit the cargo train at Gilgil Railway crossing. The speeding bus belonging to Ndururumo High school, Nyahururu was heading to Nairobi when it failed to stop hitting the train. Nakuru Railways OCPD Daniel Kamanza said a male teacher, a student and the driver of the bus got slight injuries and were rushed to Gilgil Hospital.
