Cerny has made 81 appearances in his three years with QPR
QPR goalkeeper Radek Cerny has signed a one-year contract extension with the Premier League newcomers.
The 37-year-old made just two appearances for the Hoops as they won the Championship title last season.
Manager Neil Warnock said: “Radek is a great pro and a very good keeper. He deserves this new deal.”
Cerny arrived at Loftus Road in the summer of 2008 having previously been on loan at Spurs, but lost his spot to Paddy Kenny last season.
He has won three caps for the Czech Republic and played for Union Cheb and Slavia Prague in his homeland before moving to England in January 2005.
Warnock added: “Raddy and Paddy, along with goalkeeping coach David Rouse are a great team and the fact we did so well defensively last season is credit to the three of them who work so well together.”
