Gaetano And Eve to Host Tusker All Stars

Gaetano Kagwa and Eve D’Souza have been unveiled as the new co-hosts of the Tusker All Stars reality TV show. The two presenters, who have co-hosted a radio breakfast show before, have extensive experience in the hosting arena.

Ugandan, Gaetano Kagwa is no stranger to viewers having hosted the first two seasons of Tusker Project Fame. Now at Kiss TV, the law graduate has worked with a number of radio stations in Uganda and was also the face of the trendy lifestyle magazine show, Studio 53 on M-net.

Eve has hosted one of the most popular early evening radio shows that has seen her win the favorite female radio presenter award three times in a row. The English literature graduate is also known for previously hosting the vibrant TV Show Vibe City as well as an emcee battle show that aired on Channel O, a popular music show on DSTV.

According to Tusker’s Regional Marketing Manager Mburu Karanja, the two presenters were selected after competitive auditions for their experience, compelling stage presence and synergy that they will bring to the inaugural edition of Tusker All Stars.

“We have exciting plans for the show over the next few weeks, including some surprise celebrity guests and amazing performances from the Tusker All Stars,” added Karanja

Tusker All Stars is a new television show that will see eight former Tusker Project Fame contestants reunite and compete for the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to share a stage with two international music stars Usher Raymond and Keri Hilson at the “Tusker All Stars Concert” scheduled for the Carnivore Grounds, Nairobi on August 20. The show is set to debut June 26 while the grand finale will be staged on August 14. The Tusker All Stars contestants are finalizing on their rehearsals.
